Nvidia GeForce GT 430, King of HTPC?

Nvidia has poured the latest variant of the Fermi family, the GT 430. Unlike its predecessor that target gamers, this graphics card is designed to build a Home Theater PC (HTPC).

Although created for the audience of high-resolution movies on the computer,
GT 430 that coupled with a fairly decent specs. For example, 96 units of stream processors are paired with DDR3 memory. With such specifications, enough of this product referred to as the king HTPC?

Quoted from Anandtech, Wednesday (10/13/2010), with specifications that carried this product can be a hero in the realm of multimedia computers. The reason, although no target gamers, but the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 108 existing GF in this product is still supported by CUDA-based applications.


This means users can do a lot of activities to harness the power of graphics cards. For example, video conversion, editing high resolution photos, enjoy high definition video, or even play a game of this caliber lightweight Left 4 Dead.


Nvidia GeForce GT 430, is positioned as a substitute for previous version GeForce GT 220. But because there are still descendant Fermi family, this graphics card certainly has a better performance. With a price range under $ 85 , this product can surely entice the HTPC enthusiasts. General specifications:
