How is the development of the Windows ecosystem Phone 7 (WP7) at the end of this year? Apparently store Windows applications (Marketplace) quite interested developers.
Just two months, there were 5000 applications present in it. A considerable achievement considering the relatively new ecosystem.
As quoted from WPcentral, Thursday (30/12/2010), a unique achievement of the number 5000 occurred just in time for Christmas. Noted earlier, WebOS also been through the numbers (the official application 5,000, non-official 6,000). Unfortunately, new WebOS reach that figure in the next 18 months.
Now Windows applications store has had more than 1,100 types of games. Marketplace launched simultaneously with Windows 7 Phone in October 2010 in several countries.

* October 4, 2010: Software Development Kits (SDK) WP7 downloaded more than 500,000 times.
* October 25, 2010: The number of applications exceeded 1000
* 8 November 2010: Passing the 2000 figure
* December 1, 2010: Passing the 3000 figure
* December 15, 2010: Passing the 4000 figure
* December 25, 2010: 5000 exceeded
