Djokovic also mentions two such achievements as the special moments in his career. Moreover, he stated that it is difficult to be number one with Federer and Nadal are so consistent in recent years.
"This is definitely one of the achievements and the best day of my life, my career. When you know that you will be the best in the world and will play in the finals of your favorite tournaments, it is something special."
"Rafa and Roger remarkably consistent with their success and very dominant in recent years. They did not provide many opportunities for you to be number one," he said.
No wonder if Djokovic was so emotional after securing victory over Tsonga. He shouted triumphantly, on his knees as he clenched his hands and then kissed the grass field.
