Android operating system is more fluttering. According to research firmGartner, Android's market share around the world have translucent 52.5%.
Android also lead to dominant. Being in the position of runner-up is Symbian of Nokia which took market share of 17%. This is a drastic reduction of the amount of 36% last year.
Apple IOS entrenched in the top three, which stood at 15%. Then at four positions there are the BlackBerry OS that grossed 11% market share, down from the previous 15.4% in the third quarter of 2010.
Microsoft relies on Windows Phone should be satisfied in fifth place. They only have 1.5% market share. But the partnership with Nokia is believed to raise the position of the Windows Phone.
"Marketing tremendously from Nokia and Microsoft to mobile Lumia should bebrought progress in the fourth quarter of 2011. However, the actual changes willappear in the second half of 2012," Gartner said in a statement.
From the vendor's Android, Samsung became the largest. Gartner highlights his best-selling phone line Galaxy, where the Galaxy S II alone has sold around 10million units.
"Android benefited from bidding on the broad market, and lack of exciting new products from the Windows Phone 7 as well as RIM," said analyst RobertaCozza of Gartner, quoted from eWeek,
