Apple launched a variety of legal action to protect gadgetnya. No warning, thisgiant company lost a legal battle against a small tablet Spanish company.

The company named NT-K (y Nuevas Energias Tecnologias Catalan) is being sued by Apple iPad design mimics accusations. Apple filed a petition in November 2010 and was granted a local court.

As a result, NT-K tablet was banned. Quoted from DigitalTrends, Saturday(05/11/2011), tablet shipments are made in China are prohibited. NT-K tabletseven blacklisted for being pirated products.

NT-K filed an appeal which was ultimately accepted. NT-K was found to have violated the law. NT-K filed for getting behind because their income fell after atablet was banned. They want compensation from Apple.

"We think Apple is trying to block as much as possible tablets to get into the market. We are a small company and it's not fair to a company the caliber of Apple using a dominant influence," complained David Pedro Pelaez, founders ofNT-K.

Apple itself is also a fierce fight with a number of tablet and smartphonemanufacturers. Especially with Samsung where lawsuits between them took place in several countries.
