Courts Unplug the Prohibition of Sales Galaxy Tab 10.1

Ban the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet computer by a court of appeal makes Samsung Australia. Efforts of South Korean electronics giant to fruition, their appeal is received and blocking Galaxy Tab 10.1 is revoked.
Legal war between Samsung and Apple take place in several countries, with Apple usually managed to convince the court that the product Samsng plagiarized Apple products. But this time Samsung is able to win.
Initially, the courts at lower levels prohibit the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 Apple Australia on request. Now, Samsung's appeal to the Federal Court accepted that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 can be marketed again in there.
As reported by Reuters and quoted on Tuesday (30/112011), the Samsung expressed his happiness over the decision of the Federal Court. While Apple has not been willing parties to comment.
However, Apple indicated intention to appeal to a higher court, the High Court. If so, Samsung still have to wait to sell until Apple appeals decision issued.
Apple itself still more won a case against Samsung in which they managed to block the sale of Galaxy Tab in Germany. While in the Netherlands, the court ordered Samsung to modify a number of smartphone which a breach of Apple's patents.
