Vivid Entertainment adult film producers want to change the name of one of the HTC smartphone, HTC Vivid. They worry, the user would have thought there was a connection between these gadgets with Vivid site.
Vivid Entertainment has filed an objection in writing to the HTC. In his written statement, threatening to bring an action against Vivid is the realm of law if HTCdoes not change the name of the smartphone until Monday, November 21, 2011.
"HTC Vivid has created the false impression that your products have a relationship, connected or bersosiasi with Vivid Entertainment," said attorneyMark Hoffman Vivid Entertainment.
The reason, Vivid Entertainment offers adult content through a range of digitalchannels, including smartphones. This is a concern Vivid Entertainment, as reported by Mashable, Friday (18/11/2011). HTC itself has not provided any comment on this matter.
