Copyright infringement cases iPad name seems to be quite serious. Authoritiesin China began a foreclosure tablet computer Apple after Apple declared it lost in court against Proview Technology.
As reported earlier, Apple found guilty of using the name of the copyright is owned iPad Proview. However, Apple appealed to higher courts.
