Kids Choice Awards 2012

The annual awards event 'Kids Choice Awards' was held in Los Angeles on Saturday (03/31/2012) local time. Singer and actress Selena Gomez managed to get two trophies at the event.
Selena won the category of 'Favourite TV Actress' for her role in TV series 'The Wizard of Waverly Place'. In addition, the singer of 'Love You Lika A Love Song' has also won the trophy 'Favourite Female Singer' through a vote by 220 million people.
"After a long time not filming, I'm glad you're still watching it, it means a lot for me," said Selena.
Awards ceremony held Nickelodeon TV station was hosted by Will Smith.Taylor Swift was awarded the 'Big Help Award' for his efforts in helping the tornado disaster in the United States, victims of natural disasters and also to raise funds for charity.
While Katy Perry also complement the excitement of the award for his role in the film 'The Smurfs'. He also briefly appeared his latest rendition of 'Part of Me'.
