Android is a Linux-based open operating system that is designed for touch screen mobile devices such as smart phones ( smart phones ) and tablet computers . Android was originally developed for mobile devices but not for digital cameras advanced operating system , but because the market is not so big then diverted to the development of the smart phone market to compete with Symbian and windows mobile ( when the Apple iPhone has not been released ) .
